A Week Filled With Changes!

Lots of changes abound this week!  Let's recap this week's events starting with our newest resident's feature video!

Fill 'er up, please!

On Monday, we dedicated Jasper's joy-for-water video to our California friends!  Typically, small cats do not like to get wet, so when we noticed that Jasper liked to play with water--well, we couln't resist sharing the video with you!

Okemo is one cool cat!

On Tuesday we posted a story on Okemo submitted by Okemo's "adopted mom."  This posting truly touched the hearts of our readers--as several folks left comments on our Facebook page regarding this posting.  This is a must-read story!  The article highlighted the importance of our cat adoption program.  If you ever thought about adopting one of our frisky cats, now would be a great time to learn more about the program.  Click HERE for adoption information!

Taking Care of "Cheetah" Business!

Wednesday's blog posting featured two hard working gentlemen, Stephen and Marvin, laying down the first poles for our new cheetah "Fast Track Habitat" -- to the sounds of "Taking Care of Business," of course!  Every week we shall provide you with an update on cheetahs' new home, so stay tuned!

If you are interested in helping us build our cheetahs' habitat and you have some free time on your hands, we would love for you to come out and help us! Yesterday, we officially welcomed three new interns:  Becky, Sara, and Randi!  Welcome to the family ladies!  No doubt you will acquire a lot of memorable stories about the animals that you'll be sharing with friends and family for years to come!  Remember to work hard and have lots of fun!
