We are back!!  We'd like to thank everyone for their patience while the blog mistress was on vacation.  Now that the vacation is over, it's time to get back to business at hand, reporting In-Sync Exotics' news!  Normally, we reserve Fridays as our weekly review of In-Sync happenings. However, in this case, we'd like to end the week was some interesting news.

For the last year, we've been integrating our social media sites (Blog, Facebook, Youtube, Flicker, and Twitter) together.  We've freshened the looks of our Facebook, Youtube, and Twitter pages--making it easier to learn more about our animals from various media platforms.

As of late, we have come across a challenge that limits our ability to push out Facebook updates to our fans.  Since many of the blog's fans come from our Facebook page, we realized that we needed to let you know of this challenge and to provide you with a solution we hope will help you see all of our wonderful Facebook updates, including our new blog postings.  Our video will explain this challenge:

Have you noticed we made some changes to our Facebook page?  You can now access our Youtube videos, Tweets, and donate to our mission, all from our Facebook page!  You can see our new changes by clicking on our Facebook tab found at the top of our blog.

Hot, hot weather!

If you haven't heard yet, we are experiencing very hot weather a little earlier than normal this year!  If you are interested in visiting our animals during our hot summer days, may we suggest you visit the animals when we first open so you can enjoy your time with the animals?  The majority of our sanctuary is shaded by large trees, so you will feel a little cooler visiting the animals in the shaded areas.  Please remember to remain hydrated during your visit--we have cool drinks available for sale just in case you need a cool refreshment while on tour.

Needless to say, when the sun sets, the animals become more active, making it perfect for our guests participating in our Night or Feeding Tours!  To learn more about our Day, Night and Feeding Tours, click HERE!

We'll have more exciting news to share with you on Monday, so stay tuned! In the meantime, be safe, stay cool, and have a terrific weekend!
